About our Owner and Photographer

Matt Prusak has a lifelong love of all things camera. He discovered his love of this craft in junior high and has not put down his gear since. With a photographer who has spent 16 years behind the camera, you can feel confident that you are in good hands! Matt loves to take documentarian style photos to capture your most authentic moments. If you want something more posed and glamorous, he has you covered there too - with a film studies degree from Columbia College Chicago, Matt has a unique vision that allows for beautifully dramatic and cinematic images.

About our Photography Assistant

Rachel Butala started helping out around photo labs developing black-and-white film with her dad in elementary school. She spent some time in front of the camera modeling senior portraits for a local studio in high school. Now, she has a keen eye for detail and poses that will ensure every hair is in place and every angle is perfect so your images are the best they can be!
